Spaghetti with meat balls

Spaghetti with meat balls is a classic recipe which is common in our home for dinner. It is made with home made meat balls which is very tender and juicy in its texture.

Spaghetti with steamed veggies and chicken

Now lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings : 4
1. Spaghetti - 250 gms
2. Chicken meat balls - 500 gms
3. Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup
4. Garlic (chopped) - 2 tbsp
5. Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
6. Olive oil - 3 tbsp
7. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
8. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
10. Dried parsley - 1/2 tsp
11. Salt - as required
12. Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup
13. Italian seasoning - 1 tsp

Method of preparation:
1. In a vessel, take more water and add salt to it.
2. Once it boiled well, add spaghetti and allow it to cook as per the cooking time given in the pack.(Or else you can just check it by taking a bite).
3. Once the spaghetti is cooked well, strain and keep separately (store some strained water for making sauce).
4. In a pan, take butter and olive oil.
5. Once the butter melted, add garlic and onion. Sauté till the onion becomes translucent.
6. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for two minutes.
7. Add meat balls and give a mix.
8. Add cream and powdered mix( chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, pepper powder, dried parsley and salt). Mix everything together.
9. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
10. Add pasta strained water to it and cook for two mins.
11. Add Cooked pasta and mix well and check for the seasoning.
12. Mix everything together and serve!!!!
