Whole wheat banana bread with eggs

 Banana is a good source of many vitamins particularly Potassium which reduces blood pressure levels.

Particularly ripe bananas satisfies sweet tooth but it is more often wasted because of its not so good skin.

I am here to share you a perfect recipe to make use of those ripe ones. Lets say Tata Bubye to all the ripen ones with a perfect bread making.


Ingredients:



1. Ripe bananas - 3

2. Baking Soda - 1 tsp

3. Wheat flour - 1 & 3/4 cup

4. Salt - 1/8 tsp

5. Eggs - 2 

6. Coconut oil - 1/4 cup

7. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp

8. Chopped walnuts - 1/2 cup

9. Sugar - 1/2 cup

10. vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

11. Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup (as per your choice & optional)

12. Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup ( based on how thick the batter is)

Method of preparation:

Dry ingredients:

1. Take wheat flour (I used Ashirvaad Atta) in a sieve and add baking soda, sugar and cinnamon powder to it.
2. Sieve everything and keep it separately.
Wet ingredients:

3. Take bananas and smash it using a blender or fork(I prefer not so smooth so I used fork).
4. Add sugar and mix it with banana completely.
5. Add eggs and mix it until the eggs are completely combined.
6. Add milk and mix it.
7. Add vanilla essence and coconut oil to it and mix all the wet ingredients completely.
8.Now combine both the wet and dry ingredients together and at last add chopped walnuts.
9. Top it with chocolate chips 
10. Preheat the oven for 350 degree Fahrenheit and bake for 45 - 50 mins or until the cake is done .



Notes:
1. You can use any flavorless oil of your choice in the place of coconut oil 
2. Your batter consistency is based on how ripe the bananas are. So if you find the batter is too thick at last then go ahead and add two to three tbsp. of milk to it.
3. This bread is super moist unlike the normal wheat bread .
