Spaghetti with steamed veggies and chicken

 There are lot of variations in making spaghetti. This recipe is with easy making process and its with loads of veggies in it.

Ingredients: 

Servings : 5
Cooking time : 30 mins

1. Chicken - 250 gms

2. Onion ( Chopped ) - 1 cup 

3. Tomato ( pureed ) - 2 no.

4. Garlic ( chopped ) - 10 cloves

5. Carrot ( chopped ) - 1/2 cup

6. Beans ( chopped ) - 1/2 cup

7. Capsicum ( chopped ) - 1/2 cup 

8. Corn - 1/4 cup

9. Green peas - 1/4 cup

10. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

11. Chilli powder - 1 tsp

12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

13. Salt - as required

14. Oil - 5 tbsp

15. Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp

16. Spaghetti - 300 gms

17. Coriander leaves (  chopped ) - as required

18. Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

19. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water and add salt and oil. Once the water boiled add spaghetti and cook as per the instructions given in the box.
2. Strain and keep separately.
3. Steam the veggies one by one and keep separately.
4. In a pan add oil and garlic. Sauté for two mins. 
5. Add onion and cook for two mins.
6. Add tomato puree and cook it till the raw smell of tomato goes off.
7. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Cook until the raw smell goes off.
8. Add chicken and cook till the tomatoes become white.
9. Add all veggies and mix it.
10. Add tomato sauce and pepper. Mix it.
11. Add cooked spaghetti and Italian seasoning.
12. Mix everything and chopped coriander leaves.
13. Mix everything and serve!!

Notes:
1. If you find the veggies become so dry in the sauce, add pasta boiled water or normal water to it.
