Hariyali chicken tikka

 Hariyali chicken tikka is a North Indian starter recipe made with fresh green herbs like coriander leaves and mint leaves in it.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast - 1/2 kg
2. Curd - 3 tbsp
3. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
4. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
5. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
6. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
7. Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
8. Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
10. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
11. Salt - as required
12. Butter - for brushing

Method of preparation:
1. In a mixer, take mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
2. Add little water and grind into a smooth paste.
3. In a bowl, take chicken. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder and chaat masala.
4. Add ginger garlic paste.
5. Add curd and grinded paste.
6. Mix everything together and let it rest for 1 hour.
7. Soak the skewers in water for some time and insert the chicken one by one with space in between them.
8. Keep everything in baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
9. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. 
10. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes or until done. 
11. Enjoy the chicken as a starter with squeezing lemon juice on its top.
Notes:
1. You can brush butter on its top after baking for enhancing the richness.
