Crispy kale chips | snack recipe

Kale is one of the high nutritious greens like spinach. It is highly recommended for many health benefits like brain development, eye and bone health and immune system development.

In this post I am going to share you a perfect crunchy snack for tea time by using kale. It is very simple to make with just three ingredients.

Now lets go for the crispy kale chips snack !!

Ingredients:
Baking time : 20 minutes
1. Kale - a bowl
2. Olive oil - few drizzles
3. Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the thick stems of kale and take the leaves in a bowl.
2. Drizzle olive oil to the leaves say about a tsp.
3. Add a pinch of salt to it.
4. Mix everything roughly using a spatula or hand. ( you don't want to mix very well )
5. Arrange the leaves in a baking sheet.
6. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Keep the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
8. Take out and flip over all the leaves. 
9. Bake for another 10 minutes.
10. Crispy kale is ready !!
11. You won't believe how crispy the kale chips are!!
