Simple banana pancake

 Pancake is a fluffy and airy hot cake like recipe. It is an yummy breakfast recipe for kids. It tastes delicious with maple syrup or honey.

Servings : 7 pancakes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Ripe banana - 2
2. All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
3. Milk - 1 cup
4. Sugar - 1 tbsp.
5. Oil - 2 tbsp.
6. Salt - 1/4 tsp
7. Egg (beaten) - 1
8. Cinnamon powder (optional) - 1/8 tsp 
9. Baking powder - 2 tsp
Method of preparation:

1. Take bananas and mash it using fork or you can also blend it using blender. 
2. Add milk, oil, beaten egg to it and mix everything together.


3. In a bowl take flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Mix it.
4. Add cinnamon powder(banana and cinnamon powder works really well together). 
5. Now mix the wet ingredients mix to this flour mixture and combine well.
6. The batter need not to be smooth. It will be little thick with chunks of mashed banana in it.
7. Heat a tawa and apply butter or oil on it. 
8. Once the tawa is hot, pour a ladle of batter and let it cook for 2 minutes. (Do not spread the batter).
9. Once you see small holes on the top of the batter and the color of the batter changes a bit flip it over and cook for a minute on the other side.
10. Once both the sides are cooked completely take it out and serve hot with butter and maple syrup !!
